Does the XG3387A and PH3387A use the same base gasket ?

Why do you ask. And would that transfer acrooss all 3 lines... Are all PH,TG,and XG all using the same gasket for the same application?

Morbid curiosity requires that I ask why would you need a new gasket?

I think Merk is getting a little wild and going to run his Fram Ultra for second interval.

Good job Merk!

I'd just leave the filter on if going to use it again - a little dirty oil won't hurt, especially since he changes oil so often. Why spend $5 for a base gasket?

That 8 ounces of dirty oil could cause some varnish!

The Extra Guard's gasket is only rated for 5k.

The TG's is rated at 10k.

If I was you, I'd buy another Ultra and use that gasket. It will be rated for the full 15k.

I keep removing the filter to check on the oil pressure sensor above it. When the new sensor comes in, hopefully I won't have to remove the filter for awhile.

Oh come on guys! Nobody even tried burning the witch with my last comment!

I am starting to feel Merk's frustration!
