FP or LC?

I was just given a smaller craftsman snowblower. I would guess it is 5 years old and it hasn't run in 2 years. I changed the spark plug and gas today. It takes gasoline mixed with 2 cycle oil. AFter I did the maintinence it started up and smoked like crazy.
Would FP be used in this application or LC and in what quanity? The oil/gas mix is 3.2oz of 2 cycle oil to one gallon of gas and my snowblower holds about 1/4 gallon.

This is my preference. Just add FP to the fuel. I use 2 oz./6 gallons since my gas bottle has a 6 gal capacity. Then mix the FP with the oil of preference.

According to the report by someone ^ very smart, the ratio is 10cc Fuel Power to 1 gallon gas based on the paper here:

So, you would need 2.5 cc per tank. I used a syringe used for measuring 2 cycle oil to measure cc's when mixing FP into one gallon of fuel. I also purchased a cough syrup measuring spoon to measure small amounts in cc's. I noticed reduced emissions/smoking since using the Fuel Power. I only used 6 cc's per gallon, since my Echo 2-cycle oil contained some fuel stabilizer.

I got Lube Control and Fuel Power mixed up! Sorry! Little dyslexic. I will stick to my day job (Social Work). I was re-re-reading Mola's paper. The 10 cc's should Lube Control. Fuel Power, if I am not wrong again is 6cc per Gallon unless doing a shock dose. 30 cc/1 oz divided by 5 equals 6cc. I am terrible with math! Just know the Fuel Power did reduce emissions, and the syringe made it easy to measure in small doses. I don't have Lube Control yet. I was thinking about the smoke issue. I used to buy a lot of Craftsman equipment and followed the 40:1 mixture religiously. I know some people who would mix 26:1 in all there equipment. Boy, would they smoke. So would the 40:1, to a lesser degree. Then I purchased a Homelite backpack and used their premium oil. Was 2.6 ozs. per gallon. I think 50:1 ratio. Now I use Echo oil in all my equipment, which has the chamber also to measure the 2.6 ozs. Smoke is minimal now. I have not had any lubrication related problems with any 2-cycle product for 9 years of using the 50:1 mix. Maybe the experts here could put light on two-cycle lubrication. My thought is oil technology has improved to where less oil may lubricate as well as more of the older oil did. Peace!
