My daughter just came back from a 6 week job in Bangkok Thailand and brought me home this little jar of goodness from a store called Lotus. Some type of peppers, something crunchy, and some type of hot oil all mixed together to make an amazing concoction of fire and flavor. Perfect for Ramen noodles or anything else you want a little extra kick! When this is gone I'm going straight to the oriental market to see if I can find more.

Good stuff....there is a similar thing even at the local Walmart....haven't tried it though. I think it is relatively easy to make at home...with the right recipe and ingredients. The smoke given off can be used for crowd control...LOL

I’m surprised she got it past the customs and the food contraband sniffing dog. Maybe because it is not raw?

She disclosed all the food products that she brought back to customs. Couple ramen packages, shown jar of pepper stuff and a couple seasoning mix packages ( Laab-Namtok and Yum Woon Sen). From what I understand fresh and raw are a no go but prepackaged foods seem fine.

Yeah. a lady that I followed on YouTube grew up in Colorado but now lives in Germany with her husband. She came back with apples in her bag not thinking about it and a customs dog picked her out.
