I must admit I hate labor unions and sometimes talk trash about them....
but in the year 2011 I think that $19.28/hr pay is a fair living wage for those UAW folks. Lets not forget that the cost of various necessities (various insurances, food, utilities, housing, health care, etc....etc) are NOT getting any cheaper as time goes on. Its not like you will become wealthy making $19.28/hr working at an assembly plant.
