Thanks!

I started looking around and I was looking at this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/High-Pressure-Washer-Gun-Jet-1-4-Snow-Foam-Lance-Cannon-Car-Clean-Washer-Bottle-/311747799580?hash=item48959dea1c:g:xbkAAOSwol5Y0qCq

I can use the business end of it too. It will handle 3000 psi. Let me know what you think.

Hmm.. looks like it might work. Not familiar with the brand, but I'm sure most of them are made at one source. If you already have a pressure washer with the spray gun, then this would be buying extra parts that you might not need. The one I linked just fits right on the end of my SunJoe pressure washer wand. No muss, no fuss. Half the price, too.

I suppose getting the one you linked just means just switching out the whole assembly, if you prefer that.

I have to look at the wands I have to see if I can take one apart to get the foaming apparatus to fit. I'm not visualizing it w/o seeing the wands I have.

Thanks for your time!

It depends.

I'm thinking of using the setup to power wash vinyl sided houses, cutting way back on pressure, and labor.

I thought so as well, at one point... I was a two-bucket-method user for years.. figured I would never need anything more.. until I ended up using a pressure washer once on a particularly dirty car.

I still use the two-bucket-method a lot, and sometimes even just a spray-down waterless wash when the car is just dusty, but there are times when the car is really bad, such as during the monsoon season. During times like these, I just don't feel safe putting the wash pad to the paint until I've sprayed the car down with the pressure washer and a thick coat of suds from the foam cannon.

My last long distance trip, hundreds of bugs were plastered across the front end. I also get a large amount of brake dust on one of my cars. Pressure washing is great for dealing with those cases. Also cleaning inside wheel wells. It also uses very little water.
