Floor jack "adapter" for newer pinch weld vehicles

Moving jacks today - had my Big Red 3T and 4T side by side - noticed the 4T had a rubber insert - the 3T did not. Then it occurred to me that the 4T is the low profile - meaning it could be used on pinch welds …

Low profile is probably better for use with pinch weld inserts. My little Big Red from 40 years ago didn't like the insert too well.

They are nice to have as long as the vehicle does not slip off. Saw it happened to a guy. Just gotta be careful thats all.

Harbor Freight teased a pinch weld adaptor more than a year ago and I still haven't seen it at their store

I picked up a couple of these last week. I did a rotation on my wife’s SUV today with them. They worked great and they were $12.99 each. I did have to ask for them since they weren’t out on the shelf yet.
