Dang...that's gonna increase the price even more Those taco prices in CDMX have been increasing rather significantly last few years....us Gringos get the benefit of USD being stronger and notice less.

Five restaurants in Colorado were just awarded Michelin Stars but they ruffled feathers. Apparently only Boulder, Denver city proper and Vail were eligible for some odd reason. It sounds like their reservations have doubled overnight. I didn't know Taco Stands were eligible for a Michelin Star, seems like only upscale places were selected in the past.

It's great for small restaurants or even taco stands to be recognized, but I for one, have never approached one looking to get some quick, cheap food and thought to myself, "I wonder if this has a Michelin star".

Yeah, and fancy linens and china don't improve a wicked carne asada. I could care less about prestige factors.
