Filter Display At AAP

I was In AAP yesterday and they now have a complete display of oil filters that they sell, cut apart in a row. You can compare each one. There must be about 10 differant filters all lined up beside each other. Very cool, just what a Bitoger needs. Does other AAP stores have this?

I've not seen it, and I've been in a few different AAP's recently. Local Napa does it with the filters they sell. I suspect it 'might' help upsell the higher line filters to the uneducated. But, the bottom shelf China made DriveWorks does 'look' well made, but has no efficiency specs.

My AAP has this as well. I've been seeing it for about two years. I think it is a growing trend in some stores. It even has some filters that they don't sell on it.

Yes, a few of the local AAP's around here have these variety of filters cut open. It was pretty cool.
