Where I live it is https://epawaweather.com/southeast-pa-forecast/ but it won't do you much good unless you live within about 150 miles of Philadelphia. This outlet offers premium sunscription services that many of the snow removal folks around here use. They publish a daily video on YouTube that goes into considerable detail of the various weather models and the "what if" questions. Watching this channel ove the years has given me an appreciation for the uncertainties in weather forecasting. They haven't published a snow total map yet; they tend to hold their calls until a window where the snow removal folks can make actionable plans.

BTW - I stopped at my local Ace Hardware today looking for snow melt. They sold out two days ago.

I honestly do this all the time - shorts with a coat if its not too cold. Anything above 50F +/-. If its wet - like it is here often - your pants take the brunt of walking in the wet. Wicking / fast dry shorts much better.

If you saw that clip. The guy forecasting was acting like he had trouble standing due to the wind. Yet 2 guys in shorts were casually walking behind him. He was embellishing the conditions a bit.
