This and the 1/4 and 1/2 are good quality, they were once sold by Sears under the Triangle brand and quality for the money wise they punch way above their weight.

The regular non flex Pittsburg ratchets are decent but their flex heads suck terrible, they are non locking and going by what users say they start flopping around after a few uses and it is almost impossible to tighten them.
The Tekton ratchets are nothing special, the sockets and extensions are okay. I would wait till the Carlyle flex heads are on sale at Napa, those are very decent.
