I have a buddy that is a dealer, as a matter of fact he is also our dealer. Right now times are tough and snap is hiring reps to run the routes and trucks in many areas. I know the margins for snap-on are much lower then mac or Matco. You notice how pushy the snap on dealers are and they always want more for weekly payment then Matco. Even franchise owners have so many rules they follow it's basically like being employed by snap-on. Snap on sets their franchees up to fail from the start. By febuary my buddy will be a matco dealer and franchisee. I myself have all my tools paid for thankfully, but I have many techs that do not or are still building. They are holding off for Matco now. We will still have a snappy dealer, but he won't get much play from us unless it's warranty. Matco dealers carry IR also
