Failed rotors after 8 months of use

Calipers here, too. Could be that parking brake dragging or a stuck piston, but something kept the pads in contact while driving.

Does he park with the parking brake on???

Yep, he has a pretty steep driveway, and we had a car roll away last year, so he's been using the parking brake. I'll have to check if the cables (which were also new last year) are sticking again *sigh*

Then if necessary, going to go with some lifetime warranty AAP reman calipers at only ~$65 a side..
