Everstart or Car Quest battery?

They changed the supplier for the yellow everstart maxx's about 4 years ago in most WM stores. The new ones if they're duds are going to start really failing.

The warranty can't be beat though... no receipt, no problem, and it's usually in the pocket taped to the battery!

The Everstart Maxxs around here are Exide.

You always have to be wary of buying anything of substance from China Mart. Although it may be a name brand mfr, WalMart often will insist the mfr cut the price to be the lowest but also they may often use less robust components to achieve that goal. So you have two similar products made by the same mfr but two different results with the China Mart item failing faster oftem times.
