It appears to me that this is a forum where we've all joined likely for motor oil research and branched out into many overthinking topics. It's very possible that this might be one of the most overthinkingest groups of people on the internet. I feel guilty of that for sure.It isnt "bucking claims of dwindling demand"
It's really CA bucking the dwindling actual projected demand in the country vs increasing production. Im willing to bet even in CA outside of the cities the same is happening.
