Europe Synthetic Oil recommendation?

I live in Europe and have until recently (using AutoRx) have used M1 10W-30 oil in my Toyota 22RE. I have access to just about all European oils here, what is the oil that all you guys in the US would use if you could only get your hands on some? Castrol magnatec, M1 0W30 or 0W40. Temp range here is about 20*F-60*F year round. I do a lot of very harmful short trip driving even though I try to avoid it. TIA

I'd give Castrol Formula SLX 0w30 a try if I could find some.
