Ethanol free fuel

I would have to think that a station’s inventory turnover on E0 would be pretty long so you’re getting pretty old gas to begin with as compared to fresh E10. Hmmm…
That is definitely something I’ve not considered.

Getting a new snowblower and thinking of using ethanol free fuel. If you buy a pre-package in a can from Home Depot how long can you store it before it goes bad. There are no gas stations near me that sell ethanol free fuel so that’s not an option. I normally just use regular fuel than drain the tank and run it dry each winter, but that seems to have caused a problem with my Toro, which I will have to take care of will regular pump gas and stabilizer be OK. should I just buy a gallon each year and if I don’t use it throw it in my car
Not sure where in NJ you live. But in DE and NY some gas stations sell E0 at the pump. You have to look around.

I would pour blue marine Stabil in the fuel when I opened it and assume it's then good for 6 months.

At one station in upstate NY (Stewarts) the E0 was also the premium gas.

At a station in DE, it's a separate gas nozzle.

Fastrac in my town has a seperate nozzle for E0. The Citgo is a shared one with premium being E0. Big snowmobiling and boating area so E0 is in demand.
I had to toss in some isopropyl in my plowing tractor the other day to stop some carb icing at 0f on the E0 gas. Its been fine since, must have been some condensation water in the system. Only was affecting idle quality.

I'm fortunate enough to have several stations within a mile of my home that sell ethanol free fuels (QT, Maverick, Murphy). I use it in my four stroke mower and snowblower. I like it as I don't have to add a stabilizer over the summer or winter storage periods for each machine. My 18 year old Toro 2 stroke snow blower gets canned premixed Trufuel or equivalent. It's made a huge difference in startups. I can leave the fuel in for months without any carb issues that were prevalent with home mixes. It burns a lot cleaner with far less exhaust smoke as well.

E10 in my snow blower and lawnmower no issues I just run dry after season..My small gas equipment different story always had issues until I started using Tru fuel I don't use much during the season so worth it to me

The E0 pumps in my area seem heavily used. More so in the Summer. Older vehicles with carburetion and all sorts of Jerry cans for home use. Heavy use by motorcyclists. The fact that it's largely pipeline pre- ethanal dosing fuel makes it cheaper at the distributor level.
