With the SAE I’m thinking they’re calling for something like an 85W-140 automotive gear oil. Should be readily available at your local auto parts store in various package sizes.
They don’t list anything else for the specification right?
greaseguy15 is correct that a multi-viscosity product will work fine, but I was shocked that a Google search shows that you can still get a straight 140 grade. A few places stock it, I.E., Oreilly's.

It literally just states "ep140" which the sae140 can be had, its the extreme pressure that is hard to find in a timely manner! But thank you both, I appreciate it!
