To the poster, you keep saying you simulated a load on the engine to make it warm up faster. What people are trying to say is, it is not good to put an engine under a heavy load until it is warm. Simulating a heavy load on a cold engine is not the best thing to do.

Up here, i even turned the wipers on along with the defrost to blast it off. Stepmom wanted it as if it was a limo that she was driving to the Casino for a night on the town.
Some people would like to deck me and knock me out, hmm? Well old man went off to bed and she just came in so maybe thats all just that "if it were my truck" coming out, in which case you would have warmed it up/turned it on yourself.. so thats a bit redundant. This is my elderly stepmom that asked me to do her a favor, so, knock yourselves out if we feel like fightin or having blows, im not sure i see the logic here when you realize that if it were you this wouldnt have happened.
