I was doing the search on this site and couldn't find the place that showed if anyone had actually tested their oil. It was talked about. Was this done and can anyone show me the link for the comparison?

Thanks,

Craig

They're not all Group III. The difference depends what it says on the bottle. The Group III's state "Synthetic" and the Group IV's state "Fully Synthetic".

Correct. At the very least the 5w40 and 0w50 weights are a Group IV/V blend. The shop I work for has been using it for some time in all our customer's cars and everyone has been very pleased. Almost everyone comments that their engines run notably quieter with Eneos compared to whatever they were running before. I haven't personally run a UOA, but I'll get around to it sooner or later.

Interesting video clip. 8hp gain from changing oil to Eneos. I wonder if that would also increase fuel economy noticeably.

Yes, I agree, maybe the guy in the driving seat had worn some rubber off his shoes in between dyno runs and was able to press the pedal a bit more.....LoL

IIRC, there's a UOA on NASIOC.com you could look at if you'd like. It's in the Service & Maintenance section. Not very impressive, but not disastrous.
