Totally agreed on you strategy.

Im going to let this play out a bit more, and see no reason for you to jump yet from a 3rd party perspective.

Car play would be great, although tesla does a decent job.

Right about now it would be good to have an electric - living in the mountains and with my gig I Im doing about 25M a day 4 days a week Ridgeline gets about 18 and Titan gets 13.6. Every service is a climb and she makes a bunch of trips so about 200M a week between Mrs Uncle Dave and I.

Around 4K a year "ish" in commute fuel - and almost as importantly driving to fuel them constantly.
I like to keep cars full so I fill each one full every week, yielding two sometimes 3 trips.

This time and money is spent before I do things that require spending REAL fuel money like boating or towing boats hundreds of miles way and running a SXS that blows through 50 dollars of race fuel an hour.

The electric would do this commute cheaper, and cut trips to the station.

I understand from the same article that the Polestar still qulifys for the rebate, not sure about the Mach-E. All carmakers are suffering from the chip shortage right now, and likely high demand.
Thanks to Elon, I also read that Apple is going to market their phones as a subscription service too. Why make money just once when you can do it over and over again.

That would be your choice. It’s not forced on anyone. A lot of people like the idea of paying $40 a month to have the latest iPhone.

The vast majority of Apple users will purchase another iPhone anyway along with other Apple products. That is the advantage of their ecosystem.

Many iPhone users are all about "Gotta have it" with their Apple iPhones. This makes it easier and probably cheaper for their customers.
