eBay tire prices

I'm seeing extremely high prices on tires there. Is this price pesos or ??? There's many that care way out of normal price ranges.

They just ran out of stock but don't want to cancel the listing and loose their ranking in the algorithm so they put a high price to prevent anyone from actually buying. When they get more in, the price will go back down.

I have noticed tire sellers on ebay jack up the price like that when there is only 1 remaining. Best guess is there is some algorithm that works out better if they don't show out of stock, so they just jack up the price so it won't sell.. Just my theory. I've seen priority tire do it with some Crosswind M/T's and when more got in stock the price went to normal.
