Car I use (chery A520) has automatic gearbox, the same one used in renault megan 2, peugeot 406 & 307 and Citroen C4 with code DP0 In renault and AL4 in peugeot & Citroen.

While searching for the gearbox characteristics I found independent web sites recommend LT 71141 oil while cars user's manual states below:
Renault recommends dexron iii oils while Peugeot recommends
PEUGEOT AL4 PR 9736.22 oils with 406 and both LT 71141& dexron iii with 307.

Currently I use mobil ATF 320 Which is dexron iii.

In egypt I Found mannol AG52 (link below) which states competablety with both
PEUGEOT AL4 PR 9736.22 & RENAULT DP0

https://www.mannol.de/products/gear.../o-e-m-line/mannol-atf-ag52-automatic-special

I don't know if mannol's oil competable with LT 71141 or not.

My concern now, do I have to switch to mannol AG52 or stick with dexron iii oil or search for LT 71141 oil if mannol's isn't suitable.

Any suggestions?
Attached gearbox code from its body.

do I have to switch to mannol AG52
Why not just stick with your current fill? Do you wish to change fluids? Are you trying to determine if it's safe to switch from your current fill of Mobil ATF 320 to the Mannol AG52 that you found locally? These all seem to be Dexron III type fluids. The Mannol specification page you linked indicates that it has a "high-quality low-viscosity synthetic base," but the listed specifications seem to be akin to Dexron III (see here, for example). Perhaps try Red Line D4, suitable substitute for Esso LT71141 as indicated here:
