doves on a car??!??!?!

i know this one would usually go into the Humor section, but
i come to my lunch to my car and find mother dove building a nest around my driver wiper arm assembly and daddy dove on top of the car "giving me the "look"".

what do you do to convince them my car is not a comfortable tree?

i chase them away but they keep coming back....even used some ammonia glass cleaner, maybe is the smell....
this is the yota yaris sedan with pacific blue paint. driver cowl is flat black. i'm not the only car in the parking lot...

I think that you should allow them to use the Yaris for the duration of their nesting; and get yourself another car! how's that for humor!

they where not scared of me, but any cat/dog predator bird could pick them up from that spot....

Rat trap? That fake owl thing should work - I've used them at home. Are you parked in the shade? I'd move the car to the sun, temporarily, at least.
