Door Hinges of the Home variety ID

I need Nickel ones like below in the picture it’s 4” 5/8 Radius but hole pattern seems unique- is there a name for this hole pattern… the Hinge says Pernod but nothing in their catalog seems to match, it’s likel from a pre hung door.

If worse comes to worse I can redrill it, but that’s a pain ( I’ve already done one)

Whenever I have to redrill holes in wood, what I like to do is;

Drill out the current holes with a 1/4" or 5/16" drill and glue in wooden dowels.
Once dry, cut and sand flush.
Then start over and locate new hinge.
I believe that's the best anybody can do.

Are you sure those hole aren't far enough away so as to make it easy enough just to drill new holes to accommodate a new hinge? I assume that you already know to use a self centering drill bit.
