Can you actually insure it for that "value"? An insurer would laugh his rear off at that valuation if this for totaled.

Parents/I had an 89 version of similar truck. Reliable but also just a plain terrible ride and noisy.

Did anyone else miss it's running on 27 year old tires!?! Buyer who takes it on the freeway for the first time is just straight up gambling with their life.

I had a base model '91 standard cab, vinyl bench, no a/c, no power steering.....[censored] the white paint didn't even have a clear coat. Yeah the 22RE is bomb proof and it's a super reliable truck but there is no freakin way this time capsule is worth what this person is asking.......sad part is someone will probably pay it.

NADA values it at their highest price at $3850. Kelley's highest value is $1509. I'd meet them in the middle and give them $2500.

I'd pay a premium, but not that much. Even agreed value collector insurance is never going to agree to that value. They're flexible, but not stupid. There is no basis at all for such a valuation.

Do NADA or KBB cut checks?

It'll take some time but he'll get his asking or close to it. 90's Japanese is BOOMING right now.

Craigslist is not the place for this truck.

That is more than it cost new. I had a 1992 sr 5 4x4 x cab v6 it was a great truck. Got rear ended while parked . It truck was half its length. Totaled!
