Directly from the "Dealers are on Crack files".....

Not unusual for a dealer to advertise a car for some multiple of its actual current value.
A twenty year old Accord for $11K does seem pretty laughable and I doubt that anyone would pay that.
Either a serious buyer makes a $4-5K offer and the car moves or the car sits until some poor fool comes along.

Guessing a buy here and pay here lot. They likely would not take cash for a car they expect to sell and repossess and resell.

Oops a Honda dealer, they are on crack .
Luther is a big multi dealer company in the MSP area.

I've been on their lot a few times this spring, looking at used vehicles. They typically are priced competitively with the other dealers in the area. I'm HOPING this was an error on their end.

I remember shopping for cars with my son when he lived in Oak Harbor WA. We saw a Civic on a lot with over 200K miles on it for stupid money. I asked for a price out of curiosity, and laughed when I heard the price. The salesman replied "but it's a Honda." Which made me laugh more as I said to my son lets get out of here, this guy is stoned.

They hit the proper place to advertise, someone who believes CL ads are the place to go for looking at cars and hopefully not too internet savvy.

I'm convinced the MN car market is in worse shape than many other states. I see comments here like "that car would only be X amount locally" and it is ALWAYS considerably lower than anything I've seen locally.
