New plates for the Buick. Little disappointed we had to get regular ones for now as I hate the saying on them and also they are lame. But my dad was in line to renew some other documents then remembered that the plates on the Buick expire this month since we transferred them from the 04 Camry. Well the guy said if you get regular plates then I can do it or you have to get back in line and my dad wasn’t going to wait in line. Hopefully we swap these out soon I can’t stand regular plates lol. The in person renewal is an extra $10 fee for convenience. I’ll probably get us some better plates when I get paid next week.

Mom got new plates for her Camry. Protect Pollinators license plates. They look really good. Had to put anti seize on the screws because they almost snapped off.

I wish I had a picture of it. One of my relatives in New Jersey had the license plate number 1. He was involved in some kind of organization and waited for years to get the number one NJ plate. Cops tended to leave him alone.

Here’s some I got from a local guy in a very small town called Willis Virginia. Notice the plate only has one L that’s because at the time Willis with two L’s was taken. He got them because he really enjoyed the town he lived in and said he wanted all the people to know he wasn’t from Northern Virginia lol. Those plates come off when he sold the car. He passed them along to me because he didn’t know what will happen to them when he passes so he told me to take them.

New license plates for dad’s car and my RAV4. Mine have a blemish on them and were stuck together. I’m going to Walmart to see if I can get some navy blue paint to touch it up with because I hate they are blemished. I went to Virginia Western Community College for vocational education so I got their plates. Mom also went there for childcare development. I’m only the 16th person to get some since they started with 1000. Also you know mine are old when they come with plastic still because they done away with the plastic probably 3 years ago now lol. I did dads for two years and mine for one year because I’m going to swap them out soon most likely. I couldn’t get 26 stickers because I had 6 months or less remaining and had to renew. Dad’s had expired in January so that’s why he got January decals. In Virginia you can do up to 3 year registration if your area doesn’t require emission testing which ours don’t luckily.
