I got an appointment for a tire rotation 24 hours after I called. This was at my local Ford dealership and the car was our VW Tiguan.
The long waits for some could have many reasons. Parts availability, staffing, owners, and management. Could be they are hiring Walmart refugees.
I forgot to mention, a VW dealership 70 miles away will call me and ask if I want to schedule a service on our Tiguan. Go figure. If they are calling, they certainly aren’t backed up.
