wifes Caddy with 15K developed a drip leak. Took it in and the oil filter was loose ...they do all the changes so the mechaninc didnt tighten the filter enough? ... expected a lot more from Cadillac dealer mechanic.
I took my car in to get the rear valve cover gasket replaced. For some reason, they decided to bend the **** out of my rear AC lines. When I took it back, the service advisor ended up taking a pry bar and bending it back.
I went to have the rear valve cover gaskets replaced on my car at my dealer. A few days after I got my car back, I noticed they bent this AC line wayyy out of shape. I’m ****** off. Especially since there was no reason to touch these lines. There’s plenty of videos with people doing this job...
