Caution lap 53. 24 car hard into the inside wall. 18 car involved. The 21 car was airborne into the 48 after being turned by the 6.
lots of them seem to be so far.... they will start thinging the pack soon if no one makes a screw up.Man, keselowskis car is sharp.
In the off season Petty Enterprises combined forced with GMS to form Petty GMS Motorsports. They have the 42 car with Ty Dillon and the 43 with Erik Jones.Well unless I missed it. Richard Petty Enerprises does not even have a car on the track?
the cars used to really do some flying before they came up with the really smart roof flaps that prevent a lot of that now a daysCaution lap 53. 24 car hard into the inside wall. 18 car involved. The 21 car was airborne into the 48 after being turned by the 6.
They have roof and hood flaps along with a flap on the diffuser.the cars used to really do some flying before they came up with the really smart roof flaps that prevent a lot of that now a days
I thought / think so too. I had to look real close. I did manage to spot a 43 car but it IS NOT listed as a Petty Enterprise car. Found out somethings I had missed the last few years. In the off season Petty Enterprises combined forced with GMS to form Petty GMS Motorsports. I believe they did fuel only on the last pit sequence.Woof! How did #43 get to the front? Stage change stuff? Left Tv for a bit and ..... then? #43 way up front? I like it. Would love to see that car in victory lane once again. Nostalgia / brings back memeories when it seemed like #43 was the only car on the track. I admit , they had such a sponsorship advantage over many others but they were very talented like the entire Wood brothers teams. Both those teams put 100+ % in to it every day at every track.
Fun fact: that is usually a bathroom break for the broadcasters.CRANK IT UP!
I was wondering if Harvick was even in the race! He is rolling thru the pack now. This field of drivers today has some really very talented young guns.... not many mistakes or loss of patience so farFun fact: that is usually a bathroom break for the broadcasters.
That second pic is earnhardts death in 01, but I remember the wreck you're talking about. Very violent.Well they could NOT run the race today without the "Demolition Derby segments" twice at that. Still, two scariest wrecks ever was Richard Petty
at Dayton in the 80s & Dale Earnhardt Talladega 1990s.
