Well considering in the drag racing world they say you need 10psi for every 1000RPM's you turn, you had 5-10psi I would guess? If so, the at 600RPM "probably" okay.

As I stated earlier to the OP I doubt he did any damage. The shop isn't going to do anything unless the engine blew up. The fact they stated what happened on the RO is nice, but try and prove down the road (lets say a few years) that the engine failed because of that minor mishap. Good luck, my bet is the paper will be worthless.

IMO-drive and don't lose any sleep over it, I doubt you did any major damage anyway.
