The Rock Auto "Ultra Power" filter (the one you keep latching onto) had a worse PC than the Ultra and TG Blackstone PCs I referenced (XG and TC have the basic same efficiency). Therefore the Ultra that had a worse PC than the RA "Ultra Power" (which is obviously worse than 99% @ 20u efficiency) can pretty much be concluded as a fluke IMO. Anyone with any common test knowledge would conclude the same thing - so yeah, it's a debunk IMO.
