I have one of my motorcycles posted for sale on Craigslist. They have stats for my listing. I know the eyeball is views, what is the hand with the pointer finger out?

I believe the eyeball show how many searches your bike appeared in. The finger shows the number of times the link to your ad was clicked/viewed.

And the "H2O molecule" stat of 0 means it wasn't relayed to anyone.

But what does the star mean?

Supposed to be how many times people have clicked the "reply" button to contact you. They have to then pick one of the methods of contact you set up so you may not have actually gotten 164 emails or phone calls.

But what does the star mean?

Someone looking 'tagged' it, i.e. marked it as a favorite or so they can easily find it later.
