I had a mishap not too long ago with refrigerating that had leak locator dye in it. The can failed to seal when disconnected and spray UV dye all over the back of my white Accord. I was mortified. I washed it off the best I could, but that stuff was *in* the clear coat and I was certain it was never coming off. Until it just disappeared after a week or two outside.
