Well, they're the same oil at 100C and the 0W will more than likely have better base stocks. I thought you were going to ask XW-20 vs XW-30 to be honest.
+1 If I had a hemi, I would go with a 0W20 synthetic for the better cold flow and the lower volatility. Some of the 0W20s are, in fact, a bit thicker at 100C than some of the 5W20s....you would have to read through the PDS...
If the vehicle's still under warranty, I'd use what Chrysler recommends, period. Yes, I agree with the others that a 0W-20 is a superior product, even if you don't extend the drain intervals. But still, Chrysler doesn't seem to even acknowledge 0W- grades of oil, so I'd probably not use it unless out of warranty.
If out of warranty...I agree with the above. 0W-20 is a fantastic product.
...20 WT oils are for a company attaining fleet mileage and meeting gov't standards. The same cars in Europe by some of the same manufacturers use 20 WT here and 30 WT there. Common sense.
20wt oils may be good, but I still prefer a 30wt on high power engines. I doubt you're looking for fuel economy or extreme cold starting where the 20wt may prevail, so I'd use a good syn 5w30.
I agree with couple peoples above, that car aint use for soccer mom, honda, toyota, import , your car mean to drive hard. its hemi for god sake, 5w30 mobil 1 got my vote, penzoil platium, syntec also good.

+1 I agree for that powerful engine. Hard to wrap my mind using the same oil (0w20) that I use in my Hybrid inside a powerful Hemi engine.

How about a free UOA?
But seriously, I'm sure you'll make 200k miles without a sweat.
if its under warrantee use what they say to use...there have been a few problems with those engines and using the wrong oil can give you possible problems in case of an engine failure...
