Comcast internet data usage report seems way too low

So far it says 10 GB for May 2023. And I updated my iPhone and iPad last week where I verified that the downloaded packages are more than 5 and 6 GB.

Well whatever you do don't bring it up with Comcast. When I had them they were always higher than the logging info on my router, usually by at least 100-300GB. I was always close to the stupid 1.2TB cap and sometimes I would limit uploads the last week of my billing cycle to keep under the cap. If it was 10GB for the month in the last week, there is no way I'd tell them.

Don't have a cap on my Spectrum cable and never had, but a few years back it was TWC, and Insightbb before that. They didn't have a cap either. I've got a grandfathered package.

I checked this morning and for June up to maybe yesterday it's saying 156 GB. Still seems kind of low given how much streaming we're doing (I would have expected at least double) but it's still nowhere close to hitting the cap.

So they fixed something.
