Best retirement states for lower property and income taxes specifically + climate consideration

It's the absolute pure waste that is totally not acceptable.

A city, Seattle. Not HUGE by world standards has spent BILLIONS on homeless people. They now want $8 BILLION for the next 5 year plan.

How much of this goes to Bob the drunk, Kelly the methteeth? Not that much. Most goes to silly bullcrepe. It doesn't work. Your compassion to fix the problem through govt funding to make you feel better, makes the problem WORSE.

So no, give the people who have already paid a break.
 
We paid our dues. And you say we should now have to be homeless? This is why there is a homeless problem in this country.
There is a difference between unfair rule by mob crazy taxes, and reasonable taxes, its all out of control, at least here.

Yep, hurricanes and lawsuits have driven up homeowners insurance rates.

Besides hurricanes, theres lots of insurance fraud.
Ex: kitchen catches on fire and all appliances get damaged, need new cabinets, tiles, sink, etc…
