It is there marketing model and pricing that I object to. New customers get the best deals existing customers get rate increases at the end of the contract.
Very True-but you just call them up and tell them Direct T.V.'s current promotion and they will give you the ComCast current customer deal. That's what I did. And they are not any different from other companies in this practice either.
Yea-you shouldn't have to do this-but that's the way it works for now.
