Like it a bit spicy and very light on the mayo and not watery.
Its rare for me to like it. I dont like 99% of what Ive had in my life.
1 standout for me...
Northwoods Inn (a small family owned chain of about 4 restaurants in so cal) has 2 versions I actually like. The "green and the red"

Our local Publix has some really good coleslaw in their deli.
I like it, especially when I make it myself - this way I can control the amount of mayo and sugar that goes into it.
I like coleslaw. My wife makes her own and she's got a good recipe.
Funny some mention KFCs coleslaw. In Canada the KFC coleslaw is colored green and gratered very fine. I know the US KFC coleslaw is white.

Love it and sauerkraut, lots of vinegar taste is a must.
I love Hellman's mayo, not that Kraft crap. When I put mayo on a sandwich, almost everyday, I eat a spoonful or two before putting it away. I had a friend that ate ice cold 1/4 pound sticks of butter like a candy bars.

I love cabbage especially red cabbage so my coleslaw has to have some red in it. I use Jimmy's coleslaw mix, it's somewhat of a cross between vinegar and mayo, kind of tangy. I also love broccoli stems and will add them.

If you are in Kansas City, the Jack Stack BBQ restaurants (local chain) has the best coleslaw. I have been known to skip the fries and get a double portion of slaw. Unique and tasty. Has celery seed.
Absolutely NO!!!! Funny things is though -- I luv cabbage besides!!!!

Love coleslaw! Almost any and every kind, except maybe a straight vinegar type solution. But even then I’ll eat it.
I prefer salty over a sweet slaw. My absolute favorite is summer slaw...the cabbage is diced with scallions and very light Mayo.

Geez. The Fireplace. Haven’t thought about that place in 50 years. Used to go there in the summer of 69. Always nice to find a fellow fossil.

Love it mayo or not, I prefer the vinegar and oil kind...
I'll eat coleslaw if it's on my plate, but I don't go out of my way for it. The exception is a fish camp in Mississippi that has the best coleslaw I've ever had. I swear they spike that stuff with meth.
I like coleslaw needs to be made with Dukes mayo, little sugar and salt & pepper. Nothing better than slaw on a pull pork barbecue sandwich, or a hot dog With chill.
Duke’s is my favorite brand of mayonnaise. The best coleslaw can always be found at bbq joints and seafood/fish camps.
