Coffee - Your Current Brew

Currently enjoying a cup as I post I really enjoy the smoothness.

I've tried this one and found it to be pretty nice. You might want to try their Café Domingo, also medium roast. I'm somewhat surprised that you're using pre-ground beans. Hmmm ... I also noticed that the 12-oz bag is now 10.5-oz.

This has hints of dark chocolate, cherry, and port ... the port is pretty subtle according to my palate. The beans are a medium-dark roast and medium-bodied.

3:30am I'm not firing up the grinder to rock the house. Lol

What's in your cabinet?

You guys seem to have pretty good taste... One of you guys, I forget who, posted that the Eight 'o Clock Colombian was pretty good, so I picked some up today. It's pretty good - not my favorite, but definitely drinkable. Kinda has what seems to me to be a "vintage" or "old-fashioned" flavor - like, what I expect the average cup 'o joe tasted like from a diner or something, back in the '60s. Kinda a sharp, "bright" edge to it.

Anyway, here's my stash. Had to put my favorite mug in there, ha ha

Sometimes I always want just a quick cup of coffee been pondering to pick up a unit to try. I picked up a Keurig Elite at a clearance price fromWM ya know I kinda like it.

Described as being spicy and complex, with notes of dark chocolate and caramel. I'd just about given up on Peet's having had a couple-three disappointments, but an aquaintance suggested I try their small batch, special roast series and thus far I've been quite pleased. Every month I get a new blend, roasted just days before I receive it, so it's nice and fresh. The price is good, too, as I get some sort of discount for subscribing to their monthly offers and I get free shipping as well. And, every month there's a surprise waiting by my door, which I like quite a bit.

Using illy Nespresso pods - decaf and Forte. Not bad but oddly the espresso decaf pods are not as good as the excellent Keurig illy decaf pods. Go figure

That said the illy Forte espresso and the Nespresso brand pods are tasty. If you shop them the pods aren’t bad but buying the excellent Nespresso direct are expensive.

It looks like you're using the original style pods, yes?
