Howdy!

So, what's your favorite Chocolate?

I like dark chocolate, Dove & most Swiss/German milk chocolates.

Tried a 3.5 Oz. German Ritter Alpine Milk Chocolate bar from a Ukranian restaurant/grocery place yesterday and it's super smooth... Anyone try that also?

Walmart has been selling an imported UGANDA chocolate that is very,very good for the money @ $2.30/bar. I think its ~80% IIRC. Dove is my least favourite. We also have enjoyed the 80% Lindt. There are 100's of exotic and organic brands out there at health food stores and some of them are excellent but very pricy too.

Got 2 Ritter Sports today and a plain ol' Milka bar..

I haven't tried very many brands, but Lindt is my favorite of the ones I have. Madagascar and Ecuador are my preferred flavors.

I tried Black & Grey 80% bar once from my local Whole Foods market. Flavour was quite intense; it was nothing like bog standard chocolate bars found everywhere.

Callebaut, Valrhona & Ghiradelli.

If you like deep, intense chocolate that's readily available, isn't overly sweet and inexpensive, grab a bag of Ghiradelli 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips at the grocery store. I eat them for breakfast with coffee. Great for chocolate toast.
