To my point, WHY should I care if it's genuine, original, 100% chinese as long as it's delicious. Some is sweet, some is spicy (dam hot), excellent textures, colors, flavors, and atmosphere. Suppose if one were raised Chinese or spent time there it'd be a disapointment, but for those of us who are just plain Americans it's great.

Enjoy!.. I mean what do have to do to get real Chinese Cuisine...take a round trip ticket to China or American Chinese Cuisine is down the road!

Nah...a good owner knows how to take care of their costumers...they take pride in their craft...those are the ones I go to!

Well, you can always come to Washington, where you can go to a 'Japanese' teriyaki joint, owned by Koreans, where the food is usually cooked by Mexicans.
There are actually some real Japanese restaurants around here...but you were talking about Chinese. Forgive me.

Most of the local chinese restaurants locally offer such fare as "steak and eggs", "chicken and chips", and "chicken nuggets" (for the kids).
