Many health food people do not eat pork, me included. Some say all pork, even organic, contains cysts that cause disease. I haven't eaten pork in many years. I think they say pigs tend to eat their own feces.

I used to buy Country Style spare ribs and cook them on a gas grill, several years ago.

Pork tapeworm cysts are much more likely to occur in free-ranging pigs that are allowed to eat human feces. This normally occurs only in certain third world countries, and not in modern factory farms.

Yeah just with 100% beef hot-dogs and with Quiznos Turkey Chili on it... Wouldn't know the difference IMO and it's better for you.

I don't think I'd eat modern factory farmed anything. They're probably fed soy and corn, that will make their fat high in Omega 6 fats.

They say most lard is toxic, although healthy if you can happen to find a safe source..

Oz has sausage and egg (sausage patty), bacon and egg muffins, bacon and egg roll, and a Brekky roll (bacon, sausage, egg and cheese with a tangy tomato sauce).

The brekky is actually pretty tasty.
