My truck has a center bore of 77.8 mm.
I am looking at another set of wheels to buy and everything matches but the question is about the center bore. On the website the wheel is on it has "Hub bore size" 10
What does that mean against my 77.8 mm center bore? Will these actually fit my truck 2008 nissan titan with 275/60/20

So long as the center bore of the wheel is the same size or bigger than the center bore of the car/truck, it will be ok. You will need to buy a hub adaptor if it's not the same size (like the wheels you mentioned).

What's more important is making sure the bolt pattern is correct - 6x139.7mm or 6x5.5in

any decent wheel seller will supply a "plastic" filler if needed!! i would contact the seller or search more to learn more. hub centric wheels are used on many vehicles, you need to know you EXACT wheel centerbore as well as your vehicles OD where the center of the wheel mounts. theres cheeper "plastic" as well as aluminium + custom sizes are available!!

From wheel-size.com website:

The stock wheel size is 20x8 et 23, and as mentioned, has a 6 x 139.7 bolt pattern. Note: et 23 is the offset. The stock wheel centerbore (CB) is 77.8 mm. If you find a wheel with a bigger CB, you'll need to purchase hubcentric rings, which are typically plastic, but also can be metal, to ensure the wheel is centered on the hub to minimize vibration at speed.

If you want to try a different wheel size and offset, this online calculator helps:

It will show how much poke a different wheel and tire size would compare to the OEM sizes. To keep the speedometer accurate with a new wheel and tire size, you'll also want to keep the same outer diameter (33") the same. A 275/60R20 tire is spec'd as follows:

Hope this helps.
