Wasn`t there a guy who had an awesome UOA with that oil in a tracked 3000GT?

My local WM carries the Tection as well as Hypuron. The Hypuron is $1 more per gallon and states that it is semi-synthetic. I'm interested in knowing any other differences.

We use the Castrol Hypuron 15w40 in our trucks at work and it seems to hold up well to 30,000km oil changes. No idea about what base stocks are used to formulate it though.

That would almost have to be a typo-I never heard of a Grp.II that low-if true, it would be on a par w/Royal Purple or Amsoil for cold weather pumpability. Oh, and
