I lost the '91 in 1993, to my first wife when we separated. Bought the '93 at that time and had it for it for 8 years. Loved the SE-R's and should have kept it longer. Hammer reliability and a blast to drive. As you know. The two that I bought were the only ones that I ever saw on dealer's lots. Every front wheel drive car made should be required to have a viscous coupled limited slip like the SE-R.

Thanks for the reply. I have less than 100K miles on mine. It'll be hard to sell it but we recently bought 2 new cars and its not driven.

I remember when my dad got the 86 everyone else was still driving American cars. After 10 years with that I realized he made the right choice, as opposed to the 85 Chevy 1/2 ton I had that had that great GM electric carb and ESC spark control.

Interesting you have had such varied reliability with such similar models. Really does show how individual vehicle dependent that can be. Sometimes you get a good one, sometimes you don’t.
