My wife and my new daily drivers between us:

1991 Chevy Blazer 4WD - Died a natural death.
1999 Honda CR-V - Passed onto oldest daughter at about 100k and she drove it past 250k miles. Replaced with Mustang.
2001 Ram Conversion Van - Bought for cross-country trips. Neighbor used it for two trips to PNW, then bought it from us.
2002 Ram 1500 Regular Cab - At 185k miles, sold it to my neighbor and his grandson is still driving it (AMSOIL Signature Series always).
2007 Mustang Pony - Traded in at 150k for the 2018 CR-V.
2018 Honda CR-V - Gave to daughter needing a car during Covid.
2020 Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition - Bought when Covid started as things were shutting down. Paid $36k. Totaled in hailstorm 2023.
2022 Audi Q5 - Replacement for 2018 CR-V.
2025 Honda Pilot - Replacement for Audi after its second engine recall.

In my younger days I bought used cheap cool cars 78 Cutlass, 79 Cutlass etc... and wrenched them to perfection. In my older years I've bought an SUV a year old with less than 2k miles on it, a Mercedes 3 year old lease turn in with only 20k miles on it etc... I'm all for buying a car almost new with low miles to not pay for that drive off the lot depreciation if possible. The only cars I think I've bought brand new are...

2000 Kia Sephia (rushed car purchase because somebody stole my car, my buddy had one so I bought one to match his car only difference was I added a spoiler, crazy stereo and aftermarket rims, stick shift, kept it 10 years, only thing that went bad was the alternator)
2010 Honda Fit (loved this little car, I added a lot of aftermarket accessories to it)
2016 Honda HRV (my first and only CVT transmission as not a fan)

Actually she had bought it just before we met she loved it as well .
was reliable transportation ,kept it ten years , only thing done tires, brakes, battery and the stupid electric choke.
