Seems like not too bad a deal, but the OP would still pay ~$14k for the Clubman. And it sounds like he wouldn't buy one off the lot for that today so probably he should pass, and save his money for what he wants.

That's exactly how I looked at it. If I were going to buy a new car right now, it would be a Forte Koup- after all, the Hyundai has treated me well. I wouldn't buy a Mini. I'm not going to buy this one just because it is there.

That's exactly how I looked at it. If I were going to buy a new car right now, it would be a Forte Koup- after all, the Hyundai has treated me well. I wouldn't buy a Mini. I'm not going to buy this one just because it is there.
Change of plans. I drove the Mini for a day (100 mile commute) and was hooked. The Accent has been sold. The Mini feels super solid.
After a bit over a week with the Mini here are a few observations:
It is a blast to drive, even with a slushbox.
35 MPG Highway
The radio/cd is fair at best, like all BMW products
The run flat tires are LOUD. I'll get a set of General Altimax tires like my Hyundai had when they are worn out.
