Can low-SAPS engine oil make any harm?

I suspect you'd be fine with low sulphur European fuel. If it were here, one might have to cut the OCI a bit.
As postet above. No problems at all. I ran 30.000 km Oci in a Nissan on liqui moly toptec 4200 Wich is low saps. It only has a tbn of 6.5 bit it didn't gave me any problems.
I know many dealers here use low ash oil on petrols at service. Because then they can use only one type of engine oil for both petrol and diesels.

I did have noticed (at least I think so) that the oil change intervals got closer to each other (less mileage) since I moved from 5W20 to 5W30 Low SAPS oil.
I actually was thinking about moving to oil like Castrol Edge 0W40 or 5W40. Both are API SN/CF certified (as mentioned in the Odyssey handbook), Castrol recommends 0W40 for the 2007 Honda Odyssey EX. But I have read that those oils may not provide proper lubrication when they get hotter and they are heavier as 5W30 which can also cause less lubrication which means higher gas mileage and higher wear and tear of the engine.

I'm using Meguin megol Motorenoel Efficiency 5 W-30 since a few oil changes.

But as mentioned in a previous post I think that the oil change interval got closer to each other since I use the Meguin 5w30. Besides that the car doesn't have a lot of oil consumption. Never had to add any oil between the oil changes.

As long as it doesn't cost you a bunch extra (more frequent oil changes) and it meets the specs, keep with it. There certainly is nothing wrong with the 0w-40 or 5w-40, either.
