First time ever, have always pulled the drain plug.
This one is inexpensive and has good reviews. Will it work?

If it has a drain plug then there's no need for an extractor.First time ever, have always pulled the drain plug.
I think OP's point is that he'd rather not need to get under the vehicle and pull the drain plug.If it has a drain plug then there's no need for an extractor.
yea the guy who said it took 90min for cold 10w40....I wouldn't buy it after looking at the 1 and 2 star reviews. The pump appears to be weak and slow.
Dunno Iv'e gotta 6 quart big pela manual pump. Stick the tube down the dipstick, pump it 15 times, walk away and come back in 10 minutes, 5 quarts in the container. Electric motor is one more thing to fail.First time ever, have always pulled the drain plug.

Flip the flow direction switch and empty into recycle container.I am going to try the Amazon one out. It is so inexpensive that I can keep a spare on hand, if it performs satisfactorily.
I want to pump the oil directly into the waste oil container, so the vacuum operated ones will not work.
